Job Description
The GTM Change Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and orchestration of change management strategies for global high-priority programs through all phases of the change adoption journey. This includes navigating internal stakeholder relationships, driving the discovery and planning phases, and closely tracking the development of an integrated change management strategy to drive business objectives.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management on the GTM Programs and Change Management team and will partner with and support other OCMs on the team where needed.
What you will get to do:
- Provide diagnostic guidance to support stakeholders and leaders across ServiceNow
- Work collaboratively with manager and peers (Program Managers and Change Managers) to guide and help champion best practice OCM assets and deliverables.
- This includes establishing and continuous improvement of business practices and processes supporting the team’s efforts
- Ensure organizational change is appropriately assessed and defined to effectively drive change activities forward
- Work with key leaders and stakeholders across ServiceNow to drive discovery assessments to be able to quickly identify gaps, needs, and challenges
- Help synthesize findings and develop recommendations within a change adoption strategy
- Orchestrate change management efforts (at any stage of a program) in partnership with Program Managers, Executive Sponsors, and other business stakeholders
- Change management approaches may include; appropriate charters, assessments, plans, integrated strategy, measurement tactics, feedback and change champion networks, and more
- Juggle multiple projects, have executive presence, and be able to problem-solve and apply creative solutions/tools frequently
- Some projects will require close collaboration with other team members, providing support where needed, and some will require end-to-end self-driven execution
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience driving organizational change and/or complex cross-functional projects is required
- Minimum 3 years of change management, program/project management, management consulting and/or enablement experience in operational and program roles
- Must have working knowledge of change management best practices and be able to apply unique solutions
- Experience in both large, sophisticated tech company environments as well as small high-growth companies or startups
- Knowledge of the enterprise software market landscape, enterprise cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models is highly encouraged
- Must be comfortable in matrixed organization and able to adapt to needs of varying maturity levels within Sales and Operations organizations
