Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Set up and Maintain all inventory for Home Services for the Hamptons location from 5/1/2025-9/15/2025.
  • Seasonal:  Pack and return seasonal supplies from the Hamptons after site breakdown. 
  • Maintain stock of MDO bags for: Pediatric Clinicians, EM Clinicians, and RNs. 
  • Build Kits (swabs, point of care test, wound etc.) as needed for Clinicians and Patients
  • Bag Check - Clean and check for EM MDO bags and supply kits in the AM/PM (before end of shift) 
  • Helping communicate changes in supply location to the clinical team.
  • Process blood work specimens and prep phlebotomy tubes for home services RN visits.
  • Perform point of care testing.

As Needed Task: 

  • Implement new tracking systems/checklists as needed.
  • Monthly Inventory Count: Track amount of items prior to Monthly Inventory Order.
  • Monthly Inventory Audit: Properly disposing of expired medical supplies in the medical-grade receptacle. 
  • Order supplies as needed with supervision and authorization needed from Home Services’ Operations Manager.
  • Track orders, communicate with reps and vendors, confirm delivery and unpack supplies.
  • Shipping items as needed by Fedex or courier items for urgent delivery Fly over the city.
  • Administrative office and occasional local delivery tasks as needed.
    Hourly Rate: $30 - $35

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Successful completion of training at an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program.
  • A Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited organization is preferred.
  • 3+ years Medical Assistant experience.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
