About the Role

As a Multi-Line Claim Supervisor, you will oversee a team of five adjusters managing claims across multiple states, including Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Texas. You will play a key role in ensuring quality claim handling, mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance with client-specific and jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of five adjusters handling multi-line claims across multiple states.

• Ensure adherence to corporate claim standards, client instructions, and jurisdictional regulations.

• Oversee claim investigations, evaluations, reserving, and settlements.

• Conduct audits and provide feedback to maintain quality control.

• Manage complex claims as needed and provide technical guidance to adjusters.

• Lead claim reviews, ensuring effective resolution strategies and compliance.

• Monitor team performance through audits, attendance, and engagement metrics.

• Foster a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-line claim experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Adjuster’s license required (TX or FL license preferred).

• Strong knowledge of claim handling across multiple jurisdictions.

• Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claim management systems.
