Senior Manager, AI Transformation

Position Summary
HackerOne is seeking a Senior Manager to help lead AI Transformation initiatives on our Enterprise Data & AI team. This role will focus on shaping and executing our AI and SaaS strategies, ensuring they align with business priorities and drive measurable impact.
You will partner with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans, manage high-value AI/SaaS initiatives, and enable adoption across the business. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and connect technology solutions to real business outcomes.

What You Will Do
Program Leadership – Manage AI Transformation initiatives, contributing to the strategy and roadmap in alignment with company priorities. Translate high-level goals into clear project plans and execution milestones.
Scaling with AI – Identify and lead initiatives that use AI agents and automation to streamline repeatable work, while enabling teams to focus on strategic, creative, and high-impact activities.
AI & SaaS Operations – Oversee delivery of AI and SaaS solutions in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Support adoption through clear communication, enablement, and change management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build strong relationships across functions to ensure AI and SaaS capabilities are effectively integrated into workflows, driving measurable business outcomes.
Team Development – Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, Business Applications, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
