Responsibilities:
- Work hands-on with engineering to develop, test, and build prototypes, test labs, wiring harnesses, and prepare production spaces for manufacturing activities
- Build and troubleshoot wire harnesses and cable assemblies to engineering specifications and aviation best practices
- Provide technical support to the engineering team for Systems Integration Lab (SIL) needs
- Conduct on-site hands-on training for Government personnel for system operation, maintenance, and safety proficiency
- Provide technical support via phone and e-mail to our customer's maintenance team for fielded systems and training simulators
- Prepare Field Service Trouble Reports (FSTRs) to address resolution and status of field reported problems
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Associate's degree in a related field of study and at least 4 years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings, diagrams, schematics and manuals and/or publications.
- Ability to work with standard laboratory test equipment, spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pitot static equipment and other measurement equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Experience manufacturing and troubleshooting wire harnesses and cable assemblies to engineering specifications and aviation best practices
- Flexible schedule and willing to travel up to 50% when required, including OCONUS
- Experience implementing safety practices for people and property in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Previous experience and/or certifications within the aerospace and defense industry
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with computer and/or network trouble shooting
- Computer proficiency with knowledge in Windows operating systems and Office products
- Prior experience in a lead role; the ability to mentor, train, guide and inspect the work of subordinates
- Basic experience with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, and wiring installation.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $38.39 - $52.79. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
