Due to the continued growth of our Consulting practice, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant to join our Baker Tilly Healthcare Strategy & Transformation team. The senior consultant position will be actively involved in a variety of projects, with a focus on the life sciences industry, within Baker Tilly’s consulting arm.  The selected candidate will use their industry knowledge and technical, analytical and research skills in support of our clients’ project needs in the practice areas of life science, provider, and health plan. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Participate in a variety of life sciences projects including:
  • Compliance Auditing and Monitoring:
    • Assess and monitor compliance with industry standards.
    • Identify gaps in processes and controls.
    • Provide recommendations to clients.
  • Compliance Risk and Needs Assessments:
    • Evaluate risks across various areas (e.g., operational audit, enterprise risk management).
    • Communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Compliance Program Implementation and Operations
    • Policy and procedure development
    • Process design
    • Compliance operations support
  • Fair Market Value & Key Opinion Leader Tiering
    • FMV and KOL tiering for healthcare professionals
    • Third-party FMV
    • Clinical trial FMV
  • Spend and Price Transparency Reporting:
    • Assist with pricing transparency requirements.
    • Ensure accurate reporting.
