The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Management Manager to join our growing team in Berkeley, Missouri.
This position is for the BGS Government Services Growth Program Management role supporting the Government Services Growth organization. This position supports all Growth integration activities; including cross-collaboration with other BGS organizations and functional partner peers; ensuring functional best practices are utilized; proactively foresees and identifies opportunities for efficiency in Growth organization execution.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, and maintains integrated plans and schedules across multiple Government Services – Growth projects
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill Growth organization requirements – including supporting BGS Government Services and BGS level organizations
- Manage and existing Boeing Global Services Government Solutions portfolio
- Use Market data and insights to design growth strategy
- Responsible for driving growth outcomes, identifying new opportunities and developing go-to-market strategy tailored to program
- Initiate negotiations and partner cross functional team to transition to capture and proposal process
- Travel is up to 15% of the time
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners
- 3+ years of experience in strategies planning, project management or proposal development
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience supporting services
- Experience supporting military platforms
- Working in a leadership role enabling successful execution across multiple stakeholders
- Communicating with senior executives through various mediums – presentations, Teams, etc.
- Experience utilizing Teams to execute work scope

Summary Pay Range: 204,000 – 276,000
