36 Granada is seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations across our multi-concept hospitality space. Our property includes The French Pantry (French brasserie), Little Miss Ha (Vietnamese-inspired restaurant), Cache Cache (reservation-only cocktail lounge), and La Petite Kitchen (private dining and cooking studio).
The FOH Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting service standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position works closely with the Director of Operations, culinary leadership, and bar team to maintain a high level of hospitality, organization, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience- Lead and oversee front of house service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Resolve guest concerns or service issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams during service
- Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
- Supervise and support hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding FOH team members
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service notes, specials, and updates
- Oversee reservations, table flow, and guest pacing during service
- Manage labor and scheduling in alignment with business levels
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining room environment
- Support inventory and ordering of FOH supplies when needed
- Maintain strong knowledge of our food, wine, and cocktail programs
- Support beverage sales and guest education
- Assist with wine and cocktail program execution during service
- Utilize Restaurant365 and other systems for daily operational tasks
- Support labor tracking, scheduling, and shift documentation
- Maintain communication between management and staff
- Assist in implementing operational systems and service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and operations
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and cocktails
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
