Maintenance Technician Day and Night Shift - Fully Skilled

Level 3 - Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform maintenance and repair services (including mechanical, electrical and facilities) within the manufacturing processes and support equipment and systems in the facility. The primary emphasis of this role is to perform a variety of production maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Performance Expectations

• Establish and maintain maintenance standards and provide maintenance solutions 
• Maintain the equipment and facility through preventive/predictive maintenance program
• Performs work through the CMMS work order system for jobs to be done
• Keep equipment and facility in working condition for maximum uptime

 

Credentials

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Industrial trades certificate from an accredited school and/or Journeyman tradesman status, preferred
• Five or more years of experience in an industrial maintenance role
• Fully skilled multi-craft technician, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, robotics, etc. required
• Industrial controls electrician experience, preferred
• Knowledgeable in different PLC Logic platforms (i.e. Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting automated systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Able to read and understand all codes and regulations
