Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Analytics Risk Adjustment Analytics leads a focused analytics team within a defined domain of the Enterprise Analytics organization. This position is responsible for executing the established analytic strategies and priorities. The Manager ensures analytic products and insights are accurate, actionable, and delivered in a timely manner to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
The Manager oversees a team who transforms data into insights supporting business performance, regulatory compliance, member outcomes, and provider or operational performance. The position requires hands-on engagement in analytic delivery, technical depth in SQL and Python-based data analysis, and strong collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and analytic governance.
This Manager drives operational analytic delivery within a specific domain, managing day-to-day analytic projects, guiding methodology, mentoring analytic staff, and ensuring that outputs meet the needs of internal stakeholders and align with the broader mission to enhance enterprise performance and member experience through data-driven insights. The Manager manages all aspects of running an efficient team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, training, disciplining, and motivating direct reports. Participates and make recommendations on the department's strategic planning and/or long-term decision-making.
Duties
Provide day-to-day leadership for analytic teams responsible for development and maintenance of analytic assets within the assigned domain.
Translate analytic strategies and organizational priorities into structured work plans, deliverables, and performance measures.
Direct the design, development, and automation of reports, dashboards, and analytic models using SQL and Python in a server-based analytics environment.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardization across all analytic products within the domain.
Partner with other domain analytic leaders to ensure alignment of metrics, definitions, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, availability, and usability for analytics.
Lead analytic intake and prioritization processes to balance recurring operational needs with emerging enterprise priorities.
Mentor and develop staff, building technical and problem-solving skills within the team.
Summarize and communicate analytic findings in clear, actionable terms to leaders and cross-functional partners.
Support the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
Manage staff, and the day-to-day activities in the department. Participate in the department budgeting process. Responsible for scheduling, training, performance, corrective actions, mentoring, and developing team(s). Foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, accountability, and shared ownership of enterprise goals.
Manage complex projects, engaging and updating key stakeholders, developing timelines, leads others to complete deliverables on time and ensures implementation upon approval.
Provide quality assurance across projects, ensuring work products meet enterprise analytic standards.
Responsible for budgeting, and policy implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:
At least 7 years of experience in analytics.
At least 5 years of experience in leading, supervisory, and/or managing staff.
