Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Stretch Therapist or professional with Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), or similar assisted stretching certification. This role will support our members through one-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall performance and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Assess mobility limitations and develop personalized stretch plans
- Educate clients on proper movement, recovery, and injury prevention strategies

Join our training team for monthly special events
- Track client progress and provide ongoing recommendations
Qualifications:
- Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) preferred, or similar modality (PNF, FRC, mobility training, etc.)
- Background in personal training, massage therapy, kinesiology, or related field strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work with a diverse population in a corporate setting
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a fitness facility, physical therapy clinic, or wellness center
- Experience with corporate or time-restricted clientele
- Additional certifications (NASM, ACE, massage therapy license, etc.) are a plus
