FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network. Position Responsibilities:
Create detailed program timelines and budgets
Track program costs & timing and reconcile with accounting
Flag programs to Project Manager that seem at risk for being over-budget or late
Create ROIs as needed to help assist with scope change decisions
Help identify patterns/trends to help increase accuracy of future budgets
Help facilitate communication between suppliers and internal development teams
Manage transfer &/receipt of data, documents, etc.
Request quotes and lead times
Arrange for samples &/or first articles parts from tool
Follow-up to ensure supplier is on pace to meet deadlines
Directly connect internal teams with suppliers as needed
Create program documentation
Draft content only BOMs
Request Part Set-Ups
Assist with Margin Analysis reviews
Draft Sales Order forms
Perform other project management activities, as applicable
Attend company meetings and functions
Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
Understanding of the product development lifecycle
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills
Diligent, hardworking, and detail oriented
Quick to learn work assignments
Capable of taking direction
Flexible with good interpersonal skills
Experience with Zoho Projects preferred, but not required
