We currently are expanding our team and have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Coordinator role within our Global Shared Services Center in Mexico, to support interview logistics across the globe.
As a Talent Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on Netflix’s success by executing a stunning candidate experience and helping to build dream teams to entertain the world. Our team of LATAM Talent Coordinators (TCs) are full-time Netflix employees, based in Mexico, who are qualified to provide who are qualified to provide seamless delivery of remote administrative support services, maximizing productivity and effectiveness for our stakeholders and the administrative community at Netflix.
In this role, you will - Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
- You will be responsible for delivering high-touch, efficient interview logistics that reflect Netflix culture and include thoughtful local cultural nuances to ensure the best experience for our candidates as Netflix's ambassadors.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates.
- Maintain regular communication, collaboration & partnership with stakeholders, hiring managers, panelists, executive assistants, and peer Talent Coordinators, providing updates on the status of candidates and the overall hiring process.
- Provide seamless delivery of remote administrative support services, maximizing productivity and effectiveness for Netflix's stakeholders and administrative community.
- Talent Coordinators in Mexico City’s hub have a global scope. You will be providing services to different regions (primarily UCAN and LATAM), which means you may require adjusting work schedules depending on the region and its operational needs.
