Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This is a very hands on role! The TA partner will work with hiring managers across all departments at Brado and manage any external recruitment vendors. Our TA partner will manage the full-cycle of the recruitment process. They'll leverage data analytics, social platforms and a variety of technologies in ensuring both a best in class hiring process and an on-brand candidate experience.
Ideally, the candidate for this position will have experience in the technology and/or marketing industry. While the day-to-day work can be done remotely, candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis metro area. The TA partner will need to be in the office for periodic team and leadership meetings.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Supports Brado’s Annual Strategic Business Objectives related to HR and Talent Acquisition
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Manages the job posting and advertisement processes.
- Creates interview guides and other screening tools as needed
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle; Reviews applications, screens candidates, coordinates interview process with hiring manager and extends offers to selected candidates.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Effectively leverages the Applicant Tracking System to create and support reporting needs for KPI monitoring.
Requirements
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Familiarity with best practices regarding applicant tracking processes; experience with Workable preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and skilled at negotiation tactics.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
