The Quality Assurance Observer is responsible for monitoring all activities to ensure onsite protocol and regulations are being followed throughout the day.

Essential Duties

· Responsible for understanding all policies and issuing violations for unsafe task being performed.

· Wear all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required throughout shift.

· Observe daily activities each day by patrolling multiple areas at a job site.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain a calm demeanor throughout shift.

· Escalate situations to supervisor immediately.

· Submit a daily safety report to supervisor at the end of each shift.

· Assist team and supervisor with other tasks as needed.

 

Minimum Requirements

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

· 1 or more years of experience in a customer service setting.

· Have ability to work extended hours and have flexibility with shifts that may include overtime.

· Be comfortable working independently and as a team to complete assignments.

· Proficient at using Microsoft Office (preferred but not required).
