Position Overview  

BuildNow is seeking a highly capable, systems-driven Senior Production Director to design, build, and lead the instructional schoolhouse responsible for producing consistent, job-ready, data center-focused graduates at scale. This role establishes the standards, processes, curriculum systems, and instructional infrastructure that ensure every BuildNow training location delivers the same high-quality training and student outcomes.  The Senior Production Director recruits and develops instructional staff, builds curriculum and training standards, implements data-driven performance management, and creates scalable operational systems that support rapid organizational growth while maintaining a 97–98% student success rate.  The ideal candidate thrives in a high-ownership environment, excels at building organizations and systems from the ground up, and is passionate about developing people while maintaining operational excellence. 

Responsibilities 

• Build and lead the operational training schoolhouse responsible for producing consistent, job-ready graduates 
• Design and implement standards, processes, and operational systems for BuildNow training programs 
• Recruit, train, qualify, and develop instructors and instructional support staff 
• Establish instructor training, certification, and performance evaluation standards 
• Conduct remediation or termination of instructional staff when standards are not met 
• Oversee the design training systems including lectures, labs, testing, and performance assessments 
• Establish instructional standards and quality assurance processes to maintain consistent training delivery 
• Develop inspection and evaluation systems for instructors and training programs 
• Implement data analytics systems that measure training effectiveness and student outcomes 
• Develop ROI frameworks to assess investments in curriculum improvements and operational initiatives 
• Design and maintain the BuildNow course catalog and modular training offerings 
• Develop customized training solutions to meet employer partner requirements 
• Design classroom and lab environments that maximize learning effectiveness and operational throughput 
• Build and lead the team responsible for curriculum development, instructional standards, and training delivery 
• Develop scalable processes and staffing models to support expansion to multiple training locations 
• Identify high-performing instructors who can serve as seed leaders for future BuildNow schoolhouses 
• Ensure all BuildNow training locations maintain consistent operational and instructional standards 
• Promote cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing across the enterprise 
• Develop and deliver executive-level tours of the BuildNow training facility to support business development 
• Support continuous improvement of student outcomes and operational efficiency 
• Other duties as may be necessary

Qualifications & Experience 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred) Minimum 8 years documented professional experience in operations, training, education, or organizational leadership Experience building systems, organizations, or training programs from the ground up Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and operational processes Experience establishing standards, procedures, and quality assurance systems Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing startup environment
