Job Description

Please note this is a Contract Role.

Provide support within the Data Operations team for CRM communications using multiple channels.  Data Operations works with all teams within the CRM group at Razorfish to ensure successful campaigns. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:

• Create campaign specific Business Requirements documents for CRM campaigns
• Gather business rules from Account/Strategy/Analytics and Client teams
• Liaison between Razorfish team / Client Technical team
• Review documentation with internal and client teams
• Ensure campaigns support email/mail variability and reporting
• Provide Quality Assurance on data file outputs
• Ensure process documents are outlined and updated

Qualifications

• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Office suite (Word, powerpoint, excel, etc)
• Proficient in Excel, familiar with pivot tables and simple formulas
• Understanding of relational databases, preferred experience with SQL
• Understanding of variable data as it pertains to outbound communications
• Understanding of email and print communication work streams
• Knowledge of file layouts for email and mail campaigns
• Experience with sftp / encryption tools
• Automotive experience in CRM a bonus, but not necessary.  CRM in general would be nice.

Compensation Range:  $62 to $84 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
