Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Project Manager. This position will be located in Roy, Utah.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Reports to the IWO Management Lead
• Maintaining IWO Battle Rhythm through cross-functional integration
• Supplier facing integration between NG teams and IWO partner
• Coordinating between Systems Engineering, PM&P Engineering, Software Engineering, Design Engineering, Mission Assurance / Quality, and program management.
• Lead on Change Requests throughout Program Life Cycle:
• Coordination between IWO Responsible Engineer and internal NG Stakeholders for defining requirements of change
• Identifying correct baseline documentation to flow change requests to
• Creation of TRB/CCB package for baseline control and RFP approval
• Coordinating with Subcontracts on RFP generation
• Coordinating with IWO partner and NG Global Supply Chain on Proposal Submission to NG
• CCB Package Preparation and Processing 
• Coordinating with GSC and IWO partner for negotiation timeline
• Supporting contract modification negotiations with Subcontractor

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.  This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
• Must have relevant Earned Value Management System experience as either a Cost/Schedule Business Management analyst or Control Account Manager 
• Must have relevant Supplier Management Experience and/or relevant cross-functional team management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 Years supplier management experience on a large, integrated defense program managing major suppliers and IWO partners
   

Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
