Senior Creative Project Manager – Healthcare 

New York Based- Hybrid Work Structure 
 
The Role: 

The BCW Creative team is seeking a full-time dedicated Senior Creative Project Manager for the agency's largest accounts in the Healthcare space. In this role you will be the chief facilitator between our account team and the creative, production and design teams to manage the workflow, own quality control, manage deadlines and troubleshooting.  

 This role will provide strategic counsel to BCW account teams on creative approach, execution, and timing. We expect this role to join calls and occasionally in-person meetings to stay connected and informed on account projects and work in need of creative support. This role will also help manage the financial aspects of our work including purchase orders, team hours, stock image purchasing, licensing etc.

 The Work: 

• Plan the detailed delivery of a range of projects to meet defined timelines, budget targets and quality standards 
• Manage methodology and process throughout projects for digital, social, broadcast/video, print and OOH 
• Provide regular status reports including hours utilized and financial status for projects 
• Ensure efficiency of team meetings and that necessary team members are in attendance 
• Collaborate closely with account teams to prepare project proposals, schedules, estimates, review contracts and SOW 
• Monitor plans using appropriate software to ensure timely completion of projects 
• Deliver quality standards of work on time and on budget  

Experience that contributes to your success: 

• 8+ years of experience in project management within an agency.  
• Proven experience on project management, digital, social, broadcast/video, print and OOH deliverables 
• Working knowledge on contemporary PM software (Wipster, Teams, Iconik, Harvest, Asana, etc.)  
• Agency production experience preferred 
• Familiarity with healthcare accounts preferred 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Experience serving as the intermediary between account, creative teams and clients 
• Self-starter who is highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills 
• Successful track record managing multiple client assignments simultaneously 
• Knowledge of integrated advertising/marketing campaigns
