Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management support to operations of Select’s portfolio of outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Technical skillset with knowledge in all areas of Maintenance including: repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and general construction.
• Familiar with building codes and ADA requirements.
• Knowledgeable of Energy Saving Products.
• Oversee the Facilities management department personal and provide daily oversight.
• Maintain Facilities Management data base.
• Negotiations of Service Contracts and services for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance and repair vendors.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Has knowledge of commercial building construction, installation and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing etc.
• Excellent communications, time management and organizational skills.
• Familiar with building codes as well as ADA guidelines.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets.
• Minimum of 10 years of facility managment experience required.
