Manager, Customer Success

At Sinch Email, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Manager of Customer Success that will be responsible for install base retention and growth. This individual will work cross functionality to design and implement customer success standard practices, and develop a team that will evangelize our diverse product suite to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal!
Responsibilities
- Lead US Customer Success team focused across all three brands in Sinch Email’s portfolio (Mailgun, Mailjet and Email on Acid)
- Forecast monthly/quarterly/annual install base growth and retention rate
- Create and implement strategies for product utilization, product expansion and renewals
- Leverage Gainsight and Salesforce to design, implement and measure customer engagement and opportunity
- Advocate for the customer experience internally to ensure the customer is always our primary focus
- Hire, develop and mentor Customer Success Managers focused on the US Market
Requirements
- 3+ years selling technology (SaaS preferred)
- Experience managing existing accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience managing high velocity sales process
- History of career advancement
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Gainsight CS
Skills and Characteristics
- Highly technical (relative to the average sales person)
- Able to navigate complex organizational structures
- High velocity sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

The annual starting salary for this position is $114,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $23,000 annually and are based on performance.
