Job Description

You will be part of our Creative & Experience team, reporting to our VP Creative. Our goal is to develop our social product with emerging tech e.g. AI, augmented and virtual reality, and web3 (Metaverse), and are looking to develop a team to help us branch into these realms.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Design digital assets for global social entertainment clients in Spain. We work for brands that require high creative demands.
• Create and develop art direction projects and follow brand guidelines to produce static and motion for content and ads for digital and social platforms.
• Deliver creative design and motion to the team and client. Opportunities to bring your creative ideas to the table through brainstorms.
• Daily huddles and interaction with your project team. Weekly huddles within the design community, including monthly design and motion meet-ups. Monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.
• Edit visual assets.

Qualifications

• Must be native Spanish and fluent English.
• Must have 3-4 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or Art Director in creative agencies or design studios.
• Executional skills and proficient across Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and be an expert in After Effects, with an understanding of graphic design, motion styles, layout and typography.
• Experience creating content for social and other media such as DOOH.
• Brand savvy; knows when to add their style but can design within the right boundaries.
• People who are digital first and understand the importance of craft in social & digital for brands and entertainment.
• An overall team player who understands the busy nature of working within an agency, respectful, and being collaborative.
• People who are not afraid to share knowledge and are willing to share their ideas, solutions and progress.
