Step into the future of physical therapy with Fitness Forum Physical Therapy PLUS — a progressive outpatient model delivering personalized rehab services (aquatic and land PT) directly to patients in their homes and at our community partner, Severna Park Community Center (SPCC).

We’re currently seeking a Physical Therapist for 10–15 hours/week to provide one-on-one, high-quality care — free from the high-volume demands of traditional clinic settings.

This role is perfect for PTs seeking flexibility — whether you're returning from maternity leave, transitioning toward retirement, or simply craving a more autonomous, patient-centered approach to care.

📚 Physical Therapist Education & Licensure

• MD Physical Therapist license or PT Compact license (Required)

• Bachelor’s or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Required)

• BLS/CPR Certification (Preferred)

• Valid driver’s license, clean MVA record, car insurance (Required)
