Role 🎨At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As Product Marketing Lead, you will be the Voice of the Client and massively increase growth efficiency in order to scale Mindbloom.• Customer Insights and Journey Mapping: Spearhead customer journey maps that unlock the secrets to engaging new and existing clients, transforming their interactions • Voice of the Client: Implement rituals, artifacts, and mechanisms to systemize deep client understanding and lead 8+ monthly client interviews • Copy Czar: Materially increase conversion rates and brand consistency by writing and managing the writing of stunning copy for the website, acquisition
