Your Career
As a Product Analyst, you will be a key player in evaluating and enhancing the performance of our products and services. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and market research, you will gather insights to drive strategic decision-making and ensure the success of our products in the market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and make a meaningful impact on the development and optimization of our offerings.
Your Impact
- Market Research - Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Data Collection and Analysis - Gather and analyze data from various sources to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
- Performance Tracking - Develop and maintain metrics to track product performance and effectiveness over time
- Product Requirements - Collaborate with product managers to understand and document product requirements based on market insights and data analysis
- Insights Reporting - Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to implement recommendations and drive product enhancements
- Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights
- User Feedback Analysis - Analyze user feedback and behavior to gain insights into user preferences and pain points, informing product development priorities
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent military experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or product management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with product management methodologies is a plus
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to drive continuous improvement and growth
