THE JOB: 

As an Assistant General Manager at our award-winning Buffet, you will lead daily operations, inspire and guide your team, and ensure every guest experience reflects the elevated standards of the MGM brand. In this role, you'll drive service excellence, support financial success, and play a key part in creating a vibrant, high-performing dining environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead daily operations including labor, scheduling, inventory, and guest service standards

• Implement policies, training programs, and pricing strategies to support operational excellence

• Foster a positive team culture while ensuring guest satisfaction and handling concerns promptly

• Collaborate with the culinary team and maintain strong product and sanitation knowledge

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21+ years of age

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience

• Comprehensive understanding of service steps and customer interaction protocols. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively interact with guests, management, and staff.
