Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Track and maintain accurate records of retention samples for testing and validation 

  • Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliation of retention samples

  • Generate and analyze reports on material consumption and inventory impact 

  • Monitor and clean COGI backlog; take corrective actions to keep it under control 

  • Ensure data accuracy in SAP related to inventory movements and sample tracking 

  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and traceability of samples 

  • Support audits and compliance activities related to inventory and sample management 

  • Identify discrepancies and provide root cause analysis with corrective actions 

  • Maintain organized documentation aligned with batch records and inventory control practices 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

Language 

  • Spanish: Preferred 

  • English: Basic/Optional 

Technical Skills 

  • Working knowledge of SAP (inventory management, COGI, material movements).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic analysis, reporting) 

Functional Knowledge 

  • Manufacturing processes 

  • Batch records 

  • Inventory control principles 

Communication Skills 

  • Effective verbal and written communication 

  • Ability to communicate across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) 

  • Strong coordination with cross-functional teams 

 

Experience (Recommended) 

  • Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control roles preferred 

  • Exposure to regulated environments (medical, pharma, or similar) is a plus
