We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth who has previously led Growth, Product, Marketing, and Demand-generation initiatives within a SaaS company during the Product-Market Fit stage, ideally with a proven track record in owning pricing and packaging strategies as the company scales from $1-5M in annual revenues to surpassing the $20M mark.

What your challenges will be

• Research AI/LLM strategies and models.
• Utilize off the shelf LLM models, fine tune and train models according to the company requirements.
• Models shall be accessible to the team and integrated into our systems.
• Creating rating system and rate code generation models.
• Work with the rest of the team on backend features and projects that utilize traditional heuristics as well as AI models.

What existing skills & experience you possess

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience in computer science, data science, software development, or another related field; a master’s degree is recommended.
• Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Rust, Golang, C++, typescript.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as popular concepts used in ML.
• Experience working with large data sets and writing efficient code capable of processing large data streams at speed.
• Familiarity with state of the art AI and ML models and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
