Senior Implementation Consultant

<p>We are looking for an Intellectual Property Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. </p><p></p><p>You will be part of the Unycom solution Enhancement &amp; Consulting Team. The Unycom solution is an Intellectual Property Management Solution for global companies. Our clients use our solution to manage their inventions, patents, designs, trademarks, contracts, etc. The Unycom solution is used as communication and collaboration platform between internal and external users. For this reason, the IP department's internal customer processes are managed with the Unycom solution.</p><p></p><p>This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an IP Paralegal to bring the expertise on IP Law together with Unycom a leading IP management software provider. </p><p></p><p>You will act as subject matter expert for the integration of IP processes into the Unycom software.</p><p></p><p><b>About You – experience, education, skills</b></p><ul><li>IP Paralegal degree is desired <span>(“Patentanwaltsfachangestellte(r)”)</span> or a broad Intellectual Property know-how</li><li>8+ years in the intellectual property industry and with solid experience in IP management software, docketing practice, due date calculations etc.</li><li>Advanced knowledge and understanding of national, regional, and international IP rules, procedures, and prosecution workflows</li><li>Experience in design and configuration of IP processes/workflows in an IP management software.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>It would be great if you also had</b></p><ul><li>Experience with IP management software, preferably the Unycom software</li><li>Strong analytical skills and abstract thinking</li><li>Technical affinities (XML, SQL...)</li><li>A proactive and organized way of working</li><li>Highly accurate and attention to detail</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and PDF</li><li>Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing in this role?</b></p><ul><li>Be the Subject Matter Expert for the integration of IP processes and additional features into the software process.</li><li>Organize and lead discussions with customers to understand their requirements and define a solution approach.</li><li>Implement the configuration based on the solution approach and support the customer in testing the implementation.</li><li>Prepare and conduct training sessions for customers to introduce new features or implementations.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure continued alignment with their evolving needs and to identify opportunities for additional value creation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>You will be responsible for providing customers with product and technology consulting support through a wide range of services such as holding requirement workshops, defining solution descriptions, implementing configurations and conducting training sessions.</p><p></p><p><b>About the team</b></p><p>The team is located in Graz (Austria) and consists of Business Analysts &amp; Technical Consultants with IP (Intellectual Property) background.</p><p><span>Collaborative environment where team members works closely together and with Product Management, Premium Service and Presales teams.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Hours of Work:</b></p><p>This is a permanent part-time position based out of our Munich office on a hybrid basis.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span>At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all</span> <span> </span><span>qualified </span><span>persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
