Essential Duties and Responsibilities: {Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the functions listed below}

Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen equipment that uses gas, electric, and steam to include grills, ovens, freezers, etc.
Keeps the customer and branch office updated on repair status and part requests to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Completes appropriate technical and manufacturing training/certification ongoing.
Adheres company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Manages truck inventory and keeps service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with Heritage standards of excellence.
Willingness to work 40-hour weekly schedule and on-call nights and weekends as required

Qualifications:

Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
Two years of relevant experience, education, or military experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude, including electronics, steam, gas, and refrigeration.
Refrigeration technicians must be EPA certified.
CFESA Certification is a plus but not required.
Must be highly safety-conscious.
Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (up to 75 pounds).
Requires frequent walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and turning.
Must be able to use hands for fine manipulation of hand tools.
