• Salary range - $80,0000 to $100,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Lead to oversee our Secure Brow project. The Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating project personnel, subcontractors, developing project plans, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget. Project Lead will deal directly with Government Representative.

Must have a current Secret Clearance

Travel is required to up to three sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Lead or similar role supporting Navy Facilities Command (NAVFAC) Expeditionary Warfare Command (EXWC).
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Background with submarines is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including goals, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate project team members and assign tasks.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with Navy standards and regulations.
