What are we looking for?
The Client Management Specialist works closely with the Client Management team to support efforts to retain and grow new and existing clients, provide back-up support, generate/edit/distribute weekly and monthly reports, (i.e., Sales, CM, pipeline reports, weekly activity logs and similar documents).

Where you will have an impact
• Update Salesforce as needed for the Sales and Client Management Team
• Communicate with multiple departments, health plans and consultants as needed in partnership with Sales and Client Management to support the retention, sales and growth of assigned clients
• Maintain files, edit and distribute reports
• Act as Project Manager on key initiatives including the Business Plan
• Work as a Sales and Client Management support and back-up when Client Managers are traveling, or need immediate assistance
• Obtain current data and information gathered from subject matter experts, as well as support the response to proposals within required time frames, in partnership with Sales Operations, as so directed
• Schedule, participate in and engage in meetings as needed
• Responsible for activity tracking across the Client Management team including conferences and events
• Other duties as assigned

What’s necessary to do the job?
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 or more years of related work experience in managed care or other insurance strongly preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division

As a component of job roles and responsibilities, Associates may have access to covered information, cardholder data or other confidential customer information which must be protected at all times. As a result, Associates must explicitly adhere to all data security guidelines established within the Company’s Privacy & Security Training Program.
