Position Overview:

The Site Operations Associate Manager will manage site operations and planning for the digital business to achieve financial and performance targets. The position will collaborate on executing the digital roadmap and manage the implementation of new features and functionality for stuartweitzman.com.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key business lead for site operations and maintenance to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience for our customer.
    • Identify gaps in site accuracy as it relates to pricing, inventory, and promotions
    • Coordinate tasks, build schedules and developmental priorities by effectively communicating with cross-departmental stakeholders (development, merchandising, creative team & marketing).
    • Lead site validations to ensure a seamless launch of product and promotions
  • Own and manage on-site search experience
    • Validate accuracy of results & recommend experience for searches with no results
    • Partner with digital product team on continued enhancements, testing into variations 
  • Manage and maintain project reporting by analyzing the success of new initiatives to deliver on identified KPIs.
    • Partner with Tapestry digital operations on weekly and monthly reporting through Quantumetrics, Google Analytics, and Voice of Customer
  • Monitor site functionality to identify problematic experiences - continually seek to improve the online experience by researching new and innovative solutions and capabilities, key competitor actions, industry trends and emerging customer and market needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of internal systems and platform capabilities.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Website and/or Product Management and on digital products, fashion ecommerce experience preferred.
  • A strong understanding of current technologies and standards and how the digital ecosystem is evolving.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) platform experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus.

  • Familiarity with and interest in user experience, ecommerce trends, third party products and industry best practices.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.

  • Team-oriented with ability to interact with team members and partners across functions and levels
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success; desire to learn new technologies
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical content in a convincing way to non-technical audiences.
