The Scheduler/CSR is the first Point of contact for a busy restoration Company. This position is an important resource for helping to make the front office run smoothly.

Education and Experience

High school diploma/ GED  2-3 years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner·         Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills·         Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology·         Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks·         Ability to Multi-Task·         Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company’s dispatch system. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
