Onsite -This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Lockport, New York, on a full-time basis.

The Role

• This position will be responsible for management of direct / indirect material to support manufacturing.

• Responsible for executing deliveries in support of the business objectives of the Supply Chain organization.

• Responsible for supporting relationship management with internal clients, stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.

• Identify problems, update or modify working methods.

• Work cross functionally with team members to ensure on-time delivery of business results.

• Ability to understand impact of cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle.

• Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime when required.

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data analytics, logistics, or related experience or equivalent experience

• Working knowledge, 2+ years of experience in cross functional operations and supply chain.

• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written) in gathering/validating data from correct environments and connecting it/providing supply chain insights and value.

• Embrace working in a fast-paced goal driven team with a culture for driving innovation.

• Ability to simultaneously manage projects and meet agreed upon deadlines.

• Focused on delivery of results through effective planning and solid organizational skills.

• Innovative mindset, capacity to think out of the box and ability to see things not as they are but as they could be.

• Highly motivated self-starter and ability to work cross functionally and globally.

What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in SAP.

• Strong Excel background (macros, formulas, ect).

• High level manufacturing experience.

Relocation: This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

Compensation

• The expected base compensation for this role is: $ 68,900.00 - 105,700.00 USD Annual. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

• Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
