EquipmentShare is searching for Custodial Services Staff to help maintain the corporate office facilities. We are looking for full-time employees who are able to work between the hours of 6 pm - 6 am, Monday-Friday.

EquipmentShare is seeking Custodial Services Staff to be responsible for the daily upkeep of the corporate office facilities including the main office building, gym and bathrooms. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness inside/outside of the corporate office.
• Empty trash and replace bags on a daily basis.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces within the building - includes desks, conference tables, bar areas and other often touched surfaces. 
• Vacuum throughout on a daily basis. 
• Clean bathrooms and locker rooms on site (twice daily)
• Wipe down conference tables and conference rooms windows/doors.
• Help with mopping/sweeping in the main entrance area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Must be able to communicate effectively with management team.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction as needed. 
• Use of technology (laptop and smartphone) are preferred. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
