Your Specific Responsibilities:
Develops and manages contractual services contracts. Work Program projects, and other types of agreements (maintenance and operations) that support traffic operations. This includes project management responsibilities associated with procuring contracts; issuing task work orders; reviewing contract deliverables; reviewing and processing invoices; coordinating Department personnel and other agencies associated with work under the contract; preparing contract correspondence; maintaining project files; and actively participating in project meetings. Participates on contract-related Technical Review Committees (TRCs).
Plans, analyzes, coordinates and/or evaluates contract administration tasks providing support to the Traffic Operations Office. Coordinates meetings and oversees training associated with engineering services support. Coordinates business plan activities for engineering services support. Analyzes all aspects of professional services contracts. Issues and executes Task Work Orders, obtains amendments and supplements, secures fee proposals; ensures accuracy of the invoices submitted through the Consultant Invoice Transmittal System (CITS); tracks consultant performance grading for timeliness; ensures adequate and timely funding for all work performed under contracts; inputs agreements and amendments into Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS).
