Responsibilities
The Role You’ll Fill at NADG
Our Revenue Cycle Department is growing! As a member of our team, you will…
- Analyze and review patient accounts for accuracy, adjustments needed, and resolutions.
- Distribute patient statements.
- Monitor the collection cycle and exception reports.
- Send accounts to pre-collections and collections in a timely manner.
- Achieve both collection and customer satisfaction targets.
- Assist with training of other team members and work on special projects as needed.
Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office Products.
- Knowledge of dental software preferred
- Previous job experience that exhibits flexibility and initiative
- Ability and desire to work in an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere both independently and with team
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing for the development of positive relationships with team members and patients
