The Senior Treasury Manager is a hands-on finance position responsible for the management of all daily cash management tasks within this On Location division.
The position will report to the Director, Controller – FIFA. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical treasury experience (preferably within Events or Hospitality) along with the adaptability, resilience to change and inter-personal skills necessary to thrive in large people-oriented organizations. The individual should demonstrate empathy, flexibility and agility in adapting to changing circumstances and priorities, as required.
Key areas of responsibility:
Manage day-to-day cash related activities including maintenance of bank accounts, daily cash reconciliations, cash receipts and payment application support
Serve as the main point of contact between the bank and On Location
Understand and develop strategies for foreign currency exposure
Monitoring over all cash movements
Preparation of 90 day cash forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Provide accurate weekly cash reporting
Review over wire templates and ensure timely wire/ACH processing
Management and preparation of disbursement requests
Work closely with other finance groups including accounts receivable and accounts payable to assist in reconciliations of cash receipts and cash payments
Provide accurate and applicable FIFA reporting requirements including quarterly cash commentary
Ad hoc reporting and projects
Assist in month-end closing procedures
Continuously collaborate with finance and accounting team to improve processes
Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
7+ years of treasury and financial accounting experience
Understanding of cash management and general treasury principles
Experience working with multinational companies and foreign currency
Skills and abilities:
Strong analytical skills, technical or operational accounting background
People management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Financial Statements and reports
Pro-active
Flexible and ability to adapt approach
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Collaborative and team player
Ability to prioritize and balance work

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
