SC&P engineer is responsible for packaging readiness from concept validation until packaging is in place at SOP.

SC&P engineer is responsible for the readiness of all inbound and outbound flows for the client's plants.

• Define and quote accurate and cost-efficient packaging concepts in line with our OEM customer and his supplier's expectations/standards, based on information with low details given the product's immaturity.
• Update Logistic Cost Estimation file from acquisition until transfer to plant (estimation of transport cost, packaging investment and serial cost, work content).
• Ensure all program Milestone under SC&P responsibility are tracked and achieved (PMS / Launch book)
• Use all tools and standard documents from the SC&P organisation
• Build and track Packaging Retro-planning. Use and update the packaging tracker tool.
• Make Packaging Studies and validate them with the affected parties (Internal, suppliers or Customers)
• Define backup packaging in line with serial packaging validated
• Define Spare parts packaging in line with customer requirements
• EDI tracking for opening and implementation
• Validate loops, delivery frequency, and transport organisation with customers
• Escalate any topics creating delays in planning.

Calificări

• Degree/Master diploma;
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain;
• Advanced level of English;
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote);
• Very Good communication skills (team player, sharing know-how and results with colleagues);
• Results-oriented, Methodical and Proactive attitude, Problem-solving mindset;
• Available to go on Business Trips to customer sites (Romania/ Europe - depending on the project needs)
• Available to work in A hybrid type of work (2days/ week from the client site which is situated in Militari, Bucharest)
