Lab Technician I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Lab Technician I who will be responsible for executing product testing procedures on our film products under the direction of the Quality Assurance team.

 

CORE DUTIES

• Ensure accurate sample preparation, data generation and preliminary analysis
• Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration per schedule
• Maintain immaculate documentation, convey results professionally and stick to project timelines
• Work with Engineer to formulate best design of experiments to yield high quality results
• Develop Intermediate level knowledge of the product space relevant to XPEL
• Assist with product prototyping and data generation to meet QA/R&D standards
• Work collaboratively with other techs and engineers.

JOB REQUIERMENTS:

• Solid analytical skills with a background or desire to acquire knowledge in in plastics/material science and associated technologies related to XPEL’s product portfolio
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight timelines
• Basic understanding of design of experiments and corresponding data analysis
• Minimum of High school or GED, associates degree or B.S with 1+ years experience.
