Maintenance Technician

<div> <p>We are looking for a skilled and reliable&nbsp;<strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> to support the safe operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our facility and production equipment. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure equipment reliability, maintain facility systems, and contribute to a strong safety culture.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment</li> <li>Support <strong>Environmental Health &amp; Safety (EHS)</strong> initiatives and inspections</li> <li>Perform <strong>Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)</strong> procedures in accordance with safety protocols</li> <li>Adhere to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Equipment Maintenance &amp; Repair</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment</li> <li>Identify issues by observing, testing, and listening for irregular performance</li> <li>Disassemble and repair defective equipment; install new or replacement parts</li> <li>Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM), including: <ul> <li>Cleaning and lubricating mechanical components (shafts, bearings, gears, etc.)</li> <li>Conducting monthly inspections and scheduled maintenance</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Electrical &amp; Mechanical Systems</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Install and repair electrical components (wiring, transformers, machine controls)</li> <li>Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li> <li>Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Facility Maintenance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain building infrastructure and systems including: <ul> <li>Plumbing, electrical, lighting, and ventilation systems</li> <li>Doors, hardware, and general structural components</li> </ul> </li> <li>Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Fabrication &amp; Tools</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Operate shop equipment and tools (after proper training), including: <ul> <li>Welders, cutting torches, grinders, lathes, drills, and milling machines</li> </ul> </li> <li>Safely operate <strong>hoists and forklifts</strong> as needed</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Vendor &amp; Inventory Coordination</strong></h3> <ul&
