Position Summary
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Coalfire and their clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and lead the recruitment process to acquire skilled professionals who will contribute to our mission of solving cybersecurity’s toughest challenges.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to cloud cybersecurity functions.
- Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including online sourcing, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady influx of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assess candidates' proficiency in cloud security concepts, including but not limited to encryption, access control, identity management, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate technical assessments and evaluations to validate candidates' capabilities in cloud security technologies and methodologies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Facilitate interview debriefs and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment between hiring teams and timely candidate feedback.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, interview processes, and selection criteria, fostering a partnership-based approach to talent acquisition.
- Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, transparent feedback, and personalized support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates, nurturing talent networks and promoting the company as an employer of choice in the cloud cybersecurity domain.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Coalfire, promoting our value proposition and employer brand to attract top sales talent and differentiate us in the competitive marketplace.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in cloud cybersecurity and talent acquisition, incorporating industry best practices into recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years as a Technical Recruiter, preferably specializing in cloud security or related technical domains.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and cybersecurity frameworks, with proficiency in relevant technologies/tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Terraform, SIEM platforms, etc.).
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) and proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
