Your Role Accountabilities… 

• Walk the floor daily to inspect (and repair if needed) visuals, displays, fixtures, and show elements such as lighting, projectors, monitors, etc.
• Assist the Visual Manager in the execution of window displays, in-store arrangements, and seasonal decorations according to the visual standards of Warner Bros.
• Assist the Visual Manager with the execution of merchandise changes to the floor, planning & installing hardware, shelves, pegs, and setting merchandise.
• Assist the Visual Manager in setting up dressed mannequins, bust forms, and display vignettes. 
• Assist Visual Manager with check-out, return-of, and transport of props from WB Prop warehouse as needed.
• Organize inventory of fixtures, props, graphics, and visual assets.
• Help coordinate visual projects such as painting, sign creation, and installation.
• Assist in graphic design for displays and signs.
• Assist the merchandise team in inventory management and stock replenishment related to display materials and props.
• Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising plans and displays.
• Coordinate with the buying team to create merchandise planograms
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve visual strategies and increase customer engagement.
• Stay informed about current trends in visual merchandising, fashion, and retail design.
• Support the sales team by providing insights on product placement and visual appeal.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of promotional events and sales.

Qualifications & Experience…

• A degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field - preferred
• Experience in retail visual merchandising or a related field; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create impactful, brand-aligned displays.
• Proficient in basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $54,080.00 salary pe
