5+ years Azure Security experience including Sentinel
The Azure Security Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining security solutions in Azure. They must have a deep understanding of Azure security products such as Sentinel, Azure Policy, Conditional Access, and automation tools to automate various security-related tasks. The role requires the Engineer to have experience in several key areas, including identity and access management automation, key vault secrets, keys, and certs management automation, security monitoring automation, policy enforcement automation, and the ability to create custom automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement security solutions in Azure using Sentinel, Azure Policy, and Conditional Access.
Automate identity and access management processes in Azure.
Implement and manage Key Vault secrets, keys, and certs.
Create and manage security monitoring automation to enable immediate action for threats through workbooks, playbooks, and custom analytics rules.
Design and implement Policy enforcement automation (EPAC).
Create custom automation scripts to automate various Azure security-related tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure security engineering
Experience with Azure Sentinel's threat detection and response capabilities
Proficient in Azure Policy Management, Conditional Access, and EPAC
Experience managing Key Vault secrets, keys, and certs
Strong scripting skills with experience in PowerShell or Azure CLI
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaborating skills
