Senior Solution Architect

At Dynamo AI, the Senior Solution Architect plays a critical role in driving successful customer adoption. You will lead the end-to-end onboarding of Dynamo AI solutions into customer environments — from initial requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing upgrades.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires strong technical expertise and exceptional collaboration skills. You’ll work closely with company leadership, product managers, and engineering/ML teams to ensure our solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs. Your deep knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms, networking, security, and production-grade systems will be essential in delivering robust and reliable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their architecture, constraints, and goals.
• Design integration architectures for running Dynamo AI securely in customer Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, on-prem).
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and scaling of the platform.
• Work with internal teams to translate customer needs into product features.
• Develop architecture diagrams, deployment templates, and technical documentation.
• Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales conversations and POCs.
• Participate in customer onboarding, training, and solution validation.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams on deployment patterns, platform gaps, and customer requests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in solution architecture, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• 2+ years experience directly working with customers.
• Great expertise of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized application delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and hybrid/cloud-native deployment models.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization systems (e.g., Keycloak) and network security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead customer discussions and deployment.
• Comfort navigating between technical and business audiences.
• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or ML lifecycle tools is a plus.
