Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Manage day-to-day relationships with current partners, owning weekly agendas and ensuring successful partnership execution.
- Execute day-to-day operations for our suite of differentiated benefits, including care navigation/employee assistance, primary care, online mental health, fertility & family planning, fitness, and bike share memberships.
- Strategize and execute on new opportunities to increase adoption or revenue streams for existing benefits and identify areas of potential product expansion.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for Justworks, as it relates to current partner prioritization requests or issue escalation.
- Act as the project manager overseeing the implementation of partnership expansion opportunities.
- Develop and foster partner relationships with strategy, marketing, and operations leads.
- Own the deprecation of benefits and communicate changes in systems/procedures across teams.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all Finance and Accounting related queries and manage monthly reporting and recordkeeping.
- Own the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the health of benefit offerings and partnerships.
- Reconcile and audit invoices and large data sets to ensure accuracy and compliance requirements.
- Triage incoming issues/inquiries to identify the need for Engineering, Finance, or Compliance intervention and escalate accordingly.
- Troubleshoot bugs and incidents related to benefit enrollments, billing, and payroll, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to resolve them.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering counterparts to improve operational efficiency, focusing on standardizing enrollment and billing integrations, as well as establishing and refining processes for issue prioritization and triaging.
- Inform and maintain vendor and internal partner Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
