Technician- Chesapeake Ford

Make an impact from day one! We’re hiring a Gas Technician to diagnose, service, and repair light/medium-duty gas trucks and equipment (Ford/Kenworth experience preferred). If you’re hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we want you on our team.

Compensation

•         $22–$35/hr (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities 

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on gas engines, drivetrains, and related systems
• Complete inspections, document findings, and maintain accurate repair orders
• Follow safety and quality standards; keep work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with teammates, and communicate repair status professionally
• Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn; Ford/Kenworth experience is a plus
• Reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
