Flagship Dental Group in Longmeadow, MA is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Assistant.
As a Dental Assistant in our practice you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 7:30 am - 5 pm, Thursday 7:30 am - 6 pm, and Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm

What you will be doing:

Assist the general dentist during a variety of clinical procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and cleanings

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for daily use, ensuring all instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and ready for each patient

Take, process, and mount dental X-rays (if certified), and assist with impressions, models, and lab work as needed

Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after procedures, and provide clear post-operative instructions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts

Manage infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments, disinfecting surfaces, and following OSHA and CDC guidelines

Monitor and restock clinical supplies to ensure rooms are well-equipped

Qualifications
What qualifications you bring:
- You have a MA State Dental Assistant License
- You have valid X-ray Certification
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- You are CPR & First Aid Certification
- You are knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and changes
- You are computer proficient including Microsoft office and Practice Management Software
