Job Description Summary
Work within the Records Center to retrieve requested media (paper, film, CD, fiche) for internal and external departments. Image records into AWD (Automated Workflow Distributor). Follow scheduled Record Retention policy. Assist customers with routine questions and issues.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify Annuity/Life/Health/Membership/LTC Insurance products by policy number.
Retrieve appropriate media to fulfill customer requests.
Image records into AWD (Automated Work Distributor).
Follow Record Retention schedules as required.
Communicate with customers regarding policy questions, forms, documents.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or related work experience
Accurate data entry and 10-key skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize large volumes of work
Working Conditions:
Office environment: In office at 1750 Progress Drive, Hiawatha, IA
Flexibility to work 7:00 - 3:30 or 7:30 - 4:00 CST.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
